CMP 702 diffusion pump fluid is a silicone fluid engineered for fast pumping of large volumes of gas or vapor in production operations. It can produce high vacuum in the range of 10-5 torr untrapped to 10-7 torr trapped. CMP 702 resists oxidation at high temperatures and is temperature stable to insure system cleanliness and reduce maintenance. CMP 702 is considered the functional equivalent to Dow Corning 702® .
